In my Westminster Private Practice I am in-network with some insurance panels

Medicaid (NOT Medicare)
As of November 20, 2021, I am no longer a participating provider with CIGNA, Aetna or United Health Care and its subsidiaries
Clients are responsible for ascertaining authorizations, insurance benefits and eligibility prior to beginning therapy. Approval for coverage does not necessarily mean that insurance will actually pay for sessions. Clients are responsible for all fees, copays and deductibles whether or not coverage is authorized.
Out of Network fees:
Intake: $200 for adults, $250 for children and teens under 18
45 min session: $150 for adults, $160 for under 18
60 min session: $170 for adults, $180 for under 18
30 min session: $100 for adults, $110 for under 18
