Clients are responsible for ascertaining authorizations, insurance benefits and eligibility prior to beginning therapy. Approval for coverage does not necessarily mean that insurance will actually pay for sessions. Clients are responsible for all fees, copays and deductibles whether or not coverage is authorized or subsequently denied after an initial payment (e.g. in an insurance clawback, which sometimes occurs years after the initial date of service)
Out of Network fees:
Intake: $250 for adults, $300 for children and teens under 18
45 min session: $160 for adults, $170 for under 18
60 min session: $180 for adults, $190 for under 18
30 min session: $110 for adults, $120 for under 18
Note that some insurance companies allow you to submit statements for partial reimbursement – these will be made available upon request
