As an Associate at the ASDI office I am an out of network provider only.

Clients are responsible for ascertaining authorizations, insurance benefits and eligibility prior to beginning therapy. Approval for coverage does not necessarily mean that insurance will actually pay for sessions. Clients are responsible for all fees, copays and deductibles whether or not coverage is authorized or subsequently denied after an initial payment (e.g. in an insurance clawback, which sometimes occurs years after the initial date of service)
Out of Network fees:
Intake: $275 for adults, $325 for children and teens under 18
45 min session: $180 for adults, $200 for under 18
60 min session: $200 for adults, $220 for under 18
30 min session: $120 for adults, $130 for under 18
Note that some insurance companies allow you to submit statements for partial reimbursement – these will be made available upon request
